{"id":7419,"date":"2021-04-01T15:24:44","date_gmt":"2021-04-01T14:24:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cynomys.it\/european-broiler-directive-the-minimum-standards\/"},"modified":"2025-02-10T10:48:49","modified_gmt":"2025-02-10T09:48:49","slug":"european-broiler-directive-the-minimum-standards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cynomys.it\/en\/european-broiler-directive-the-minimum-standards\/","title":{"rendered":"European broiler directive: the minimum standards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2007\/43\/EC of June 28, 2007 establishes minimum standards for the protection of chickens raised for meat production (broilers).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the directive, the concentration of ammonia in livestock rooms must not exceed 20 ppm and the concentration of carbon dioxide must not exceed 3,000 ppm for livestock farms with a density greater than 33 kg\/sqm.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 500;\">The other parameters of the European broiler directive<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The regulations also consider other parameters.
